The Kiwanis Club of Orange County was organized on June 14, 2018 with 19 members. They celebrated their Charter Night on October 25, 2018 at the American legion Hall in Orange, VA. Immediate Past Governor Jon Rife and Past Division 9 LTG Schuyler Fury presented Charter Member Certificates to 12 of the 19 new Kiwanians. Also present was Governor John Morris, LTG Michael Roman from Division 09, Southeast Regional Trustee Ron McCallum, inter-clubs from the sponsoring clubs of Charlottesville and Harrisonburg, other Kiwanians and local government officials. A silent auction was held to raise funds for service projects.
