The Buena Vista Kiwanis was extended by the Lexington Club. Many thanks to John Reed and his gang of merry men. Although they do not live in the Sherwood Forest, they have come to the rescue of so many of us in Buena Vista Many thanks to John Weatherman, LG of Division 5.

Charter Night was held one month later than originally scheduled due to bad weather. The night of March 11, however was worth the wait. All of Division 5 came out and was well represented. Members from Arlington (Divsion 20) and Radford (Division 3) attended Gov Dan Warren present the Buena Vista's Charter and new club banner patch to the President of the Lexington club. Other gifts were presented to Division 5 New Club Builder Chair.
